My plan is to lift MWF and I will post my lifting, just so that I can keep track of it – it will very rarely be interesting in anyway, I apologize! Three circuits with 12 reps each…. Lunges – 10lbs Deadlift – 20lbs (one weight) Squats – 10lbs Shoulder Press – 10lbs Dumbbell Curl – 10lbs Bent Row – 15lbs (one weight) Chest Fly – 10lbs

Lifting

I finally lifted again. I slacked big time. I hate the gym, I can’t help it! I put the money into one 15lb weight and one 20lb weight, so I figured I’d better use them. I don’t have the pair yet because I don’t need them, but it working pretty good with just one of each. I also have a set of 5lbs and 10lbs. I did the following in three circuits with 12 reps each. Lunges – 10lbs Deadlift – 20lbs (one weight) Squats – 10lbs Shoulder Press – 10lbs Dumbbell Curl – 10lbs Bent Row – 15lbs (one weight) Chest Fly – 10lbs

Again, late update, but still an update. I skipped running before lifting again just to save time, but I did lift three full circuits of the following: Lunges – 15lbs, 12reps Deadlifts – 20lbs, 12reps Squats – 15lbs, 12reps Shoulder Press – 10lbs, 12reps Dumbbell Curl – 15lbs, 12reps Bent Row – 20lbs, 12reps Chest Fly – 10lbs, 12reps Crunches – 12reps Side Crunches – 12reps each side Reverse Crunches – 12reps

A late update, but I did lift on Friday and want to get that down for the record! I was really reluctant to lift because I had plans to go out later on Friday night with some old High School friends. I did lift though, and I’m really glad I did! I did three circuits of the following: Lunges – 10lbs, 12reps Deadlifts – 20lbs, 12reps Squats – 15lbs, 12reps Shoulder Press – 10lbs, 12reps Dumbbell Curl – 15lbs, 12reps Bent Row – 20lbs, 12reps Chest Fly – 10lbs, 12reps Crunches – 12reps Side Crunches – 12reps each side Reverse Crunches – 12reps I did skip my 1/2 mile run before the lifting to save time — I was in a bit of a time crunch to get home and ready before dinner!

Today was kind of disappointing, at least in the running aspect. It was a rather dreary day, but since the rain at night it wasn’t wet. I got done with work and changed into running clothes right away. I had to meet the new landlord to get our garage door opener, then I was going to go run before lifting. Nope, the weather had other plans! I got half way to the meeting the landlord and it started pouring rain and it was crazy windy. Not the kind of rain one should be outside in. Instead of running outside I went to the gym, ran a mile, then lifted.
